If you are printing on the Bambulab A1, you will need to print the version with the built-in pause and manually change the Red filament to Yellow and Black to White at that point in the AMS and then you can resume printing.
Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm
The Max allowed Thickness is 2.24mm and the Actual Thickness is 2.16mm

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #7 (0.64mm) swap to Cyan

At layer #13 (1.12mm) swap to Light Pink
At layer #16 (1.36mm) swap to Yellow
At layer #17 (1.44mm) swap to Cyan
At layer #20 (1.68mm) swap to White for the rest.
