X1Plus Andon Module Snap-Fit Case

I recently picked up the X1Plus Expander with the Andon Module to extend my printer’s capabilities. While the expander had printable case files, the Andon Module did not, so I designed and printed this snap-fit case to protect and cleanly mount the module.

This case fits my Andon Module perfectly, but please note there may be slight manufacturing variations between modules that could affect the fit. If significant variation is found by others, I can release an alternate profile with more generous tolerances.

Features:

• Snap-fit design – no screws, glue, or supports required.
• Easy removal:
  • Grip the sides of the top cover and press downward on the module’s connector to pop the bottom portion of the cover off.
  • Then press firmly on the two buttons at the top to release the top cover.
• Material: This case was printed in Bambu PETG-HF, I have not tried any other filament
