90° Omtech Laser Angle

Omtech 90° angle for clamping into the honeycomb grid for a consistent zero point on the honeycomb grid.

This file consists of an angle that can be mounted in the honeycomb grid with the help of three dowels.

The angle was provided with an X/Y scale and printed from PLA.

The dowels were printed from ASA material for greater stability.

The dowel diameter was drawn at Ø8 mm and provided with a groove,

so that it also fits into slightly smaller honeycomb holes. 

For removing the dowel, a Ø4 cylinder pin was pushed through a hole,

this is fixed with an M3 setscrew (thread must still be cut into the component).
