A Panhard Bar is used to keep the rear axle centered side to side as the suspension cycles up and down. More information:

These bushings are similar to those in the Nolathane REV142.0020 kit. By all means, order that kit if you need the steel parts:

It may be possible to salvage and re-use the sleeves from the OEM bushings, if so, size the bushing IDs to match the OEM sleeves. Or, if you can't salvage those parts, get some steel tubing with an inner diameter that matches the bolt(s) you want to use and then size the bushings to fit that tubing. You'll need to print 2 of each bushing half (upper / lower) in TPU or other flexible filament
