Cupholder Insert for Ford Vehicles

This insert plugs into the existing Ford Maverick front cupholders and expands them to fit larger mugs and bottles. The inner diameter is 92 mm, large enough to fit a 2L Nalgene bottle. There is also an extra large insert option with an inner diameter of 100 mm.

Compatability

I designed this for the Ford Maverick, but it should also be compatible with other current Ford vehicles like Bronco, Explorer, Mach-E, that have a similar cup holder design, but I haven't done any testing. If you're feeling adventurous and want to test it out, let me know the results and I'll post them below:

Material

If you live somewhere hot, you should use a higher temp filament like PETG, ASA, or ABS so it doesn’t deform in the summer heat.
