Since the original buckles of Ortlieb bicycle bags (e.g., Backroller) tend to break after some time, I created a remix for the two clips. I printed it from black/grey Bambulab PETG HF, as this material is relatively flexible and withstands environmental influences for a long time. For me, the fit and stability are very good. I hope to have made a small contribution to repairability with this.

I have a feeling it gets easier after some time. PETG is a bit more flexible than PLA for example
