Description

[ Model Overview ]

Wall mount spool to store and coil all sorts of extensions, ropes and cables. The spool front lip includes holes and grabs all around to clip the end of your cords wherever they end.

Yes my model is purposefully designed to print without temporary supports, so the top lip features a 45° angle to allows printing in one shot with no temporary supports and no post processing. This angle also helps to uncoil while pulling.

This wall mount reel was designed to reel a ⌀ 8mm cable of about 3m long and was * not designed * to hold large hoses, so please double check the dimensions of the model to make sure the reel space is large enough for your application.  Long garden hoses, dust collector or vacuum cleaning hoses will most likely don’t fit.

[ Dimensions ]

OD: ⌀ 235mm (Overall outside diameter)

ID : ⌀ 155mm (cord storage inside / center of the spool)

Thickness (overall) :  92mm (storage space is smaller)

Thickness (coil space) :  80mm (Including the taper space)

Mounting holes (2x) : ⌀7mm (hole inside) – Will accommodate a ¼-20 bolt or typical M6 fasteners. Holes are spaced 60mm “center to center”

It's FREE to say thanks with a BOOST and your support is so precious... Thanks to all the great Bambu users for supporting my models, this makes me GO !!!! ✌️

[ Printing ]  No supports required for printing for all the parts.

Material: PETG worked fine for my application.

It’s a big print: It will use almost all your build plate space and will take +350g of plastic and more than 7 hours in PETG.

The Yellow cylinders in the screw holes are called “modifiers” and are included to tweak slicer settings … the yellow cylinders will not be visible after printing.
