Pinball Table Support / Brace

This is a tool to support a pinball table so that it rests flat above the unit case. It is far more durable and easier to use than small clamps and microfibre cloths.

This is based on the model by iEathands. I think technically it isn't a remix because I didn't alter his model but I did use almost identical dimensions and it looks almost identical so - REMIX seemed only fair :)

Changes:

There is a gap for the screws on the side of STERN pinball tables so that the piece can be slid into position more easily.

The TPU section snaps into place, doesn't require any gluing. - see video.

Minor structural and cosmetic changes.

Materials used:

PLA for the main body, 35% infill

TPU suitable for AMS, 35% infill

Optional - Tessa tape can be used on the inside faces of the TPU to further protect your pinball table.

Optional - softer TPU such as 90A.

PetG with a default 15% infill setting should snap into place reasonably well (I haven't tested it though). I would recommend Tessa or similar felt tape with PETG.

Just one brace is capable of supporting the table but I would strongly recommend you use both.

Prints without supports.

Layer Height 0.2mm

I would recommend putting the letters facing the build plate once you have set the filament for them.

To change the colour of the lettering on the braces - split the braces to PARTS, select the letters and change the filament to your alternate colour.
