Description

I updated the Model: 

  • Higher Tolerances
  • more and larger holes at the bottom
  • Larger Lid (contains more air = floating better when using 3 Tablets)

For our pool, I wanted a small and discreet chlorine dispenser for 20-gram chlorine tablets. (Up to 3 tablets with a diameter of up to 38 mm)

 

For printing, I recommend UV-resistant filaments such as PETG or ABS.

 

Assembly: Thread a cord through the hole in the lid and tie it to the pool wall (ideally near the pump inlet or outlet).

Pool guy here, you should have a varibale opening at the bottom to allow flow control. Not all batherloads even in the same pool are the same. For instance using your pool more you should be dosing higher. SAME goes for tablet count, should be expandable up to 3x that size to be effective. ( ive worked in the industry 10 years on both pool and spa. ) this is acceptable for maby a small hot tub with LOW bather load ( every other weekend 2 bodies x 30 min ea 1500 L or less spa )

works perfectly, no cord was needed as it floated, and since it’s that small and printed it white, it doesn’t annoy me that much lol
