I Introduction: This air purifier utilizes a 25mm x 120mm fan and is 3D printed using PLA, easily printable even on an A1 mini. The entire product requires no supports, minimizing material waste. A magnetic fastening system connects the top and bottom, facilitating filter replacement and accessory adjustments. Except for the top cover and base, components are infinitely stackable (ten fans are no problem). It accommodates HEPA filters up to 28mm thick. Placed in an enclosure, it effectively removes volatile organic compounds and fumes from the 3D printing process.

For optimal airflow and reduced noise, a dual-fan "hamburger" configuration is recommended, with airflow directed upwards through the top and downwards from the bottom. IV Assembly Materials: Hexagonal screwdriver, super glue.

V Assembly Instructions:

1. Secure magnets into designated recesses using super glue; observe magnet polarity.

2. Route fan wires through designated channels, trim excess wire, insert fan into housing, and secure using self-tapping screws.

3. Line the bottom of the activated carbon housing with activated carbon fiber, cover with mesh filter, and add activated carbon.

4. Cut HEPA filter to fit HEPA housing. A pre-filter can be added on top of the HEPA filter.

5. Connect fan wires to PWM speed controller, stack filter housings, and connect the power supply.
