The cooler is hollow and has two holes in the body and one in the top for you to fill with spray foam to truly make this the real deal. There is extra room inside the cooler for up to 3 ice packs.

Assembly Instructions:

• Use a metal coat hanger cut to size to attach top and bottom of COOLSIX at the hinge. Cut to 7.25"
• Use a metal coat hanger cut to size for the two latches, these should slide in but may need a little help from a hammer. Cut to 1.5" x 2 pieces
• Use a 3.5" screw cut to size and locking nut to attach the handle

• Filling the cooler top and bottom with spray foam: Please line the inside of the cooler with painters tape or tape some paper inside. The foam insulation will stick to everything if you're not careful. Seriously, cover all parts before using. Wipe the extra foam up as it expands out the air holes. Once dry, cut the excess away with a razor and cover with the TPU/PLA/PETG plugs.
• Glue or double sided tape for the plugs. Push plugs coming.
