I challenged myself to think and print something bigger. Just recently got a patio installed and was looking for unique furniture to put out there so I designed this end table! Great for an indoor or outdoor end table that looks unique and is definitely a statement piece.
It uses just under 4kg of material (I used PETG) and prints without supports. Prints in 12 separate pieces and must be assembled. I used construction adhesive to glue everything together, and it seemed to work pretty well. Link to the glue I used: PL 375 Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive.
** Disclaimer: Yes, I used AI to create the cover photo, but you can see the actual printed version in the second and third photos. I’m still finishing it up—planning to smooth the seams with putty and add another coat of paint to even out the color. The version I printed is slightly different from the final design, which should make the assembly process easier. I struggled a bit with gluing, which is why the gaps on mine are pretty noticeable. I rushed to upload this in time for the deadline of the Chillin Summer 2025 contest, but I'll add the final photos once it's fully completed!
