Description
DIY Powder Coating Gun – 3D Printable Model 🔧
I designed this DIY powder coating gun and decided to share it – maybe someone will find it useful! 😊
The design is inspired by a model I once saw on YouTube, but since I couldn’t find any files, I created my own version based on the idea I remembered. 🔍
🖨️ The printed parts should preferably be made from ASA or ABS, but PETG will also work.
💦 The gasket/seal should be printed from TPU for flexibility.

🔌 Electronics & Wiring

It clearly explains how to wire the HV generator and power supply
I made the electronics enclosure from sheet metal 🧰, but if there's interest, I can also design a 3D printable version of the case 🧱.
The enclosure part shown in the photo was powder coated using this DIY gun.
For curing the powder coating, I use an old oven.
