  • Disposable Camera Lens x 1: 0.47in (11.9mm) approximate diameter

Description

This allows for a disposable camera lens to be mounted and focused on a Cannon EOS M-mount camera. The lens sits in a sliding carriage that allows for adjusting the focal length for a particular camera before securing in place with super-glue. The lens also includes a pin-hole aperture behind the lens to improve depth of field. The original model did not allow for either of these features.

Assembly:

  1. Press fit the lens into the lens holder.
  2. Press fit the pin-hole aperture behind the lens.
  3. Secure the lens holder to the camera using the dot to align.
  4. Carefully insert the lens assembly and slide until the image is focused. Be careful as inserting too far could contact the sensor on some cameras.
  5. Secure the lens assembly in place with superglue on the outside of the lens mount.

This does require a disposable camera lens that is approximately 11.9mm in diameter. If needed the edges of the lens can be sanded or the model can be scaled in BambuStudio.

Printed in PETG-CF however Polymaker PLA-PRO would be a better choice.
