Rotary Club Trophy Statuette with secret - 30cm

Rotary Club Statuette – Custom Design by “Riga Daugava” Member

This unique 290mm tall statuette was designed for a special Rotary event when I couldn’t find a suitable existing model – so I made one myself.

Features:

• Rotary-inspired colors: Best printed using Bambu Dark Blue and Silk Gold PLA – they closely match the official Rotary logo colors.
• Secret engraved message: The top section is printed from two identical parts, placed back-to-back and clicked into a holder. You can engrave names or messages on the inside-facing surfaces – only visible when removed.
• Text customization: Use Bambu Studio’s Text Tool to add a personalized message or club name around the base.
• Hidden storage: Inside the base is a threaded compartment – ideal for hiding a small object, a personal note, or even adding weight (e.g., coins or metal) to give it a solid feel.

Assembly & Finishing:

• Use 2 pcs of 3mm long filament sticks and superglue to assemble the C-shaped holder. Attach it carefully to the top of the base. Be precise to avoid glue running down the surface.
• The Rotary wheel detail is printed in gold, with a single blue layer to highlight the text. If you don’t have an AMS, simply use a blue permanent marker to accent the letters after printing.

Optional Laser Engraving:

I used an xTool F1 (IR 2W LED) to engrave text ingo Gold PLA with those settings:

• Power: 100%
• Speed: 150 mm/s
• Resolution: 220 lines/cm
