Recommended Print Settings:
• Layer height: 0.16 mm
• Line width: ≤ 0.35 mm
• Detect thin walls: Enabled
• Speed: Slow to medium
• Supports: Tree with multiple interface layers (try hybrid or slim for better results on larger contact areas)

This may be a dumb question but how do you paint them if the printer doesn't "switch" colors? Do you use acrylic paints markers?

Yes, that’s exactly what I’m using. I usually go with acrylic pens. Make sure to get some really fine ones and some thicker ones too. Basically, just have a variety of sizes. And yeah, as you can see, it works really well, especially if you use a primer. But I usually just print the figurine in its base color, or whatever color makes the most sense, and then paint over the rest.
