<ul><li>This is printed with standard PLA. I initially considered using ASA, as the items will be directly exposed to the sun, but after a few days of constant exposure of the PLA prototypes to the UK weather, I did not see any deformation, so I think it could be good enough, depending on your circumstances. Plus, that means adhesion should not be a problem for such big models.</li><li>I am using the 0.28mm Extra Draft profile of the 0.4 nozzle, which speeds up the printing time. The model doesn&#39;t have any details that would warrant a smaller layer size</li><li>I am using cubic infill, which, I read, is the best for thermal isolation. I&#39;ve experimented with different percentages, and 20% seems to be the best to create adequate air chambers</li><li>The orientation of the items on the plates affects how they appear when light passes through them, so if you make any change, I recommend ensuring the alignment remains uniform. If you look at the phots, you&#39;ll see how each item appears different. This is because each one is printed with a different orientation, when I was prototyping them.</li><li>Supports must be used and the standard hybrid ones detach easily</li></ul>

0.28mm layer, 2 walls, 10% infill

This is an AC warm air egress adapter specifically for vertical windows adjusted with blinds. It consists of 4 parts:<ol><li>The bottom part that can snuggly attach to the bottom of the blind system and has the vent hole for the AC part</li><li>The middle part, which needs to be printed twice</li><li>The top part, that can snuggly fit to the top of the bling system</li><li>A cap for the vent, when it&#39;s not attached to the AC system</li></ol>You still need the window attachment that comes with the AC unit.&nbsp;The whole system is tuned for my own window dimensions, but I am including the .STEP files so you can adjust them to your own needs.
