Straw Dryer
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is a straw dryer/drier/holder for reusable straws and a straw cleaner.
PLA is recommended as it should friction fit together without the use of glue as shrinkage with other materials will likely need glue(increasing the z height by 0.2mm should work for PETG but I haven't tested it). The white version in the photos is PLA and is friction fit, the translucent teal is PETG and required glue.
The most visible parts are against the build plate in the designer profile for the best look. I would love to see this printed with a holographic build plate.
Assembly is straightforward, just slide the correct pieces together. The tops and outside faces were on the print bed and should be easily identifiable in that way. The top section has smaller holes, the middle one has larger holes, and the bottom section has slotted holes. If the pieces do not hold solidly with friction then you will need to use glue.
Design Note:
This design is flawed. Not fatally, but still flawed.
The slots for the top and middle sections should be on the opposite side which will reduce if not eliminate the need for glue in prints that aren't friction fit (the straws want to push the middle section forward and the top section back - with the slots on the other side the straws will want to push all of the parts together - physics in action, or rather, inaction).
I plan on fixing this but it might be a while(my time thus far with FreeCAD has not been pleasant).
