Description
I noticed the pulley and bearing on the back-right belt motor of the H2D was exposed to dust and debris, which could eventually cause performance issues. To help prevent this, I made a simple dust cover that slides right over top of the motor pulley assembly.
The cover mounts using the small holes already present above and below the pulley—no modifications required. Just print and slide it into place.
Key Features:
- Protects pulley/bearing from dust and debris
- Uses existing motor housing holes for easy, secure fit
- No screws or adhesives needed
Material Recommendation:
Since this part sits inside a heated chamber, be sure to print it in a high-temperature filament like at least PETG or ABS / ASA...etc to ensure it holds up.
