Description
To enhance scraping without modifying the original PTFE nozzle wiper, I've created an auxiliary silicone brush for secondary cleaning. This requires cutting three silicone brush heads for the A1 mini. Should insufficient adhesion cause the brush head to detach, use superglue to secure it.
ABS, PETG, or other high-temperature materials are recommended for printing.
The design is compact and unobtrusive, requiring no modifications to the official GCODE for enhanced nozzle cleaning. Testing shows that multi-color printing remains free of nozzle and filament adhesion, effectively preventing debris and filament scattering—a must-have for P1 & X1 series printers!
