Description

I had built the MOCA Mobile Phone Cage; but couldn't find the recommended Bluetooth remote control button.  Instead I found the BLE-M9 on Amazon for 12.34 USD; had more features that mostly ‘Just Works’ with the Android phone.  (Notice that I would use the smaller buttons mostly, Start/Stop and the Zoom Controls of the Plus & Minus buttons)

So I needed it to be on the handle, first pass is this horizontal mounting with a 45 deg angle that ‘Mostly’ snug-fits the printed cold shoe on the handle of the MOCA. this allows me to use the thumb to start recording and control the zoom w/o removing my hands from the frame.

If you print this, I am using the PETG for the entire project, 3MF has limited supports for the shoe, prints clean and snug on the remote using Elegoo Rapid PETG.  When inserting the  remote, slip in the large joystick side first, then  rotate/slide in the bottom to have it snap in place, forcing it any other way will make the edge-clips to break (they give just enough to be a tight fit)

I modeled this in TinkerCAD and offer the model there for better tinkering as BLE-M9 Cold-Shoe Mount, if you make a better version, hit me up with a link cause I am just a hack at making 3D things
