A1 AMS-Hub Lite Mod 5-Hole (vertically movable)

I was thrilled by the concept and design of the A1 AMS Hub Lite Mod with 5-Hole Mount. The ability to integrate an additional external PTFE tube directly into the original AMS hub is fantastic! Thanks to 3D Imagination!

However, during printing, the vertical movement of the AMS hub repeatedly dislodged the mount from its fastening slots. Therefore, I adapted the mount, designing the front section with a vertically movable MGN9C rail and carriage.

Instructions:

1. Print parts (Recommendation: PETG HF, 2 wall lines, 15% infill, enable automatic tree supports)
2. Remove the top part of the AMS hub and replace it with the 5-hole adapter from 3D Imagination.
3. Remove the two silver screws behind the AMS hub.
4. Attach the rear part of the mount using two longer black screws (from the A1 scraper set).
5. Insert the front part of the mount into the guide rail.
6. Insert PTFE tubes – it is recommended to place the fifth additional PTFE tube in the center hole.
