Description

Bring the excitement of the Austrian GP to your 3D printer with this detailed model of the Red Bull Ring. It includes DRS zones, DRS detection zones, and the Speedtrap—all modeled as separate insertable pieces for easy printing and assembly (to save color changes as well).

The main track print uses 6 colors and includes a single programmed pause (already set in the 3MF file) to perform two manual filament changes:

🔄 Color Change Instructions (during the single pause):

  1. Swap Green (DRS zones) → Yellow (Sector 2):

Take out the green filament out of the AMS and load yellow in its place .

  2. Swap Black (Track) → White (Numbers & Start flag):

     - Manually cut the filament in the extruder (Black).
     - Press the release handle of the extruder in the A1 Combo. (I'm not sure how to do it in the P/X Series)
     - Gently pull out the black filament.
     - Insert the white filament in it's place and continue the print.

No manual pausing or extra setup required—the slicer takes care of it!

This model prints in 5 parts:

  • 1 track base with multicolor details (including DRS zones)
  • 4 add-on signs (DRS detection zones and Speedtrap)
