IKEA Samla organizers for danish plastic bricks

Here's a project to expand your sorting and storage capabilities with the cheap IKEA Samla boxes (39x28x14 cm/11l - 15 1/4x11x5 ½ "/3 gallon)

I really like them to organize my danish plastic bricks but you can totally do whatever you want with these. The inserts are divided into 3 different levels, 4 different types per level (1,2,4 and 9 dividers) with Left and Right variations to give you all the options to choose from when printing. If you'd like to go for volume rather than little parts/small quantities I designed a deeper insert for that purpose and all of the inserts work with each other.

Lid of the box closes with the inserts on, and I would advise you to leave supports on for nicer overhangs though you could chose to turn them off to save on material, but do so at your own risk.

Some of the lower level inserts can be printed on an A1 mini, but you'll need a print bed size of 25cmx25cm (A1 and above) to be able to print all inserts.
