What is this?
A cost-effective, 3D printable replacement wheel for Jimmy H9 Pro and compatible vacuum cleaners.
Don't overpay for official spares or wait weeks for shipping. This model is designed to replace worn-out wheels on units with a metal axle.
Compatibility
Confirmed to work with:
- H-Series: H8 Flex, H9 Pro, H9 Flex, H10 Flex, H10 Pro
- JV-Series: JV51, JV53 (Lite), JV83 (Pro), JV85 (Pro)
3 Versions Included
- OEM Replica: 1:1 copy of the original. Great fit, but requires supports to print.
- Clean Cylinder: Simplified design. Prints without supports (great surface finish), quick & easy.
- Experimental (O-Ring): Features a slot for a rubber O-ring. Adds traction and smoother rolling on hard floors.
Print Settings
- Material: PETG or ASA (recommended for durability), PLA+ works too.
- Infill: 20-30% (needs to be sturdy).
- Walls: 3-4 perimeters (wheels take abuse!).
- Supports: Required ONLY for the "OEM Replica" version.
QUICK TIPS
- Fit: If the wheel is too tight on the metal axle, use a 3mm drill bit (or similar size) to clean out the hole.
- O-Ring: For the experimental version, use a standard rubber O-ring that fits the slot snugly for best traction.
- Material: If you have TPU (flexible filament), you can print the "Clean Cylinder" version as a solid rubber tire!
