Update V2

The V2 now has thicker walls and the entire model is significantly more stable

Additionally, a US version has been added to print plate 2 of the V2, which is longer because EU and US business cards have different standard dimensions

Thanks for your feedback :)

This is a lockable business card box so you can have business cards with you on the go. Standard business cards fit here

I would be very happy about a rating or comment

I stretched the model by 5% on the length axis to accomodate USA standard business cards which are 3.5" x 2". Overall, nice model. The walls are thinner than I expected which has a bit of flex, but it's not a huge deal. Just can't toss it around.

I just could not get this to adhere to the build plates. I tried the textured, smooth, and super tack plates on the X1C, with automatic bed leveling activated -- I even tried glue on one of my attempts. I'm sure it's a good model, but it just wouldn't print right for me.

I personally use cheap dollar store hair spray. wash the plate with hot water and dawn dish soap. dry the plate with a paper towel. hold plate 12 to 14 inches away as you evenly lightly coat the plate with the pump hair spray. use a new paper towel to wipe in a circular motion the excess hair spray off the plate. when cool it pops off, when hot it sticks like glue.

Yes, I used the mouse ears setting in the slicer and that worked.

Strength Issue:Flimsy holder. Does not snap together well. Alight squeeze bends the case. Definete worry that long term use will scatter cards
Other Issues:Literally does not fit a business card (see photo). They had to be turned sideways. additionally, supports were a pain to remove. Can be improved by orienting model to remove supports, making walls thicker, and stronger.

Thanks for your feedback. I just uploaded version V2. It also includes a US version, since US business cards have different standard sizes. Additionally, the walls are now significantly thicker and the whole model is much more stable.

Fantastic model! My only complaint would be that the finger cutout is not exactly in the middle ;)

The concept is good but the overall strength of the design is a little weak and the cover keeps coming off. I intend to remake this but thicken the walls slightly and increase the size of the notch the connects the pieces together.

just what I need, but for my card, it would be more handy that the entire card is more visible.

V2 EU + US Standard Size
So I absolutely LOVE these. I got my Printer less than a month ago, and one of my focuses was prints to make my art festival vending easier and more efficient. One of my difficulties? I had business cards that I just put out on the table, would shove into a bag at the end; and then next time was never sure where they were, or if I had enough. I printed 3 of these in my logo colors. added my business name; and put my cards in. Now, when I go, it's easy to check that all 3 are full (knowing I will have enough) for the Festival, AND the cards have a nice display on the table. At the end, I just close the boxes, put them back in my "GO" box (essentials for each Festival), and refill is easy. Thanks so much. They printed and work great.
