Protopasta makes some metal-filled filaments that are really cool!
They do recommend 0.6mm nozzle.
I got a 0.4 to work as well.

My 2nd profile has 4 wall loops and 100% Infill, you can change this!

I wanted a SOLID benchy!
Tested with Copper-Filled and Stainless Steel-Filled
8/3/2025: A new profile has been added at 15% infill. It is now the top default one.

At $100USD per Kilo, following the baker's instructions is critical.
I managed to make this out of their $12 100g sampler. 
^ A 100g sampler coil will get you 2x 100% infill Benchys, plus a little spare.

On Protopasta's website, they offer Bambu spool adapters as their filament works in the AMS.
