Description

I made a mold to pour a concrete tealight candle holder. I greased the mold with oil to release the candle holder from it. It is important to minimize any air pockets in the concrete. I also added a piece at the bottom (which is at the top during pouring) to press into the mold to ensure that the concrete fills all areas nicely. After 12-14 hours, I released the mold, and the concrete is still somewhat soft, allowing for easy touch-ups on any uneven areas with sandpaper or a sponge.
