Bring your jockey wheel back to life with this ergonomic crank handle, custom-designed for a 6 mm axle. When the original handle is missing, this is a sturdy, practical, and sleek alternative that prints without supports.
I optimized the shape for a comfortable grip, and used the fuzzy skin function to add a subtle rough texture, improving both the feel and anti-slip performance.
đ ď¸ Assembly is easy:
- Use an M6 screw with two washers (one on each side of the crank)
- Don't overtighten, leave a bit of play so the handle spins freely
- Add a drop of glue if your tolerances are too loose
đ For maximum durability, I recommend using a UV-resistant filament ideally with a matte finish (And if possible loaded with carbon fiber such as ASA-CF, PETG-CF, or PA6-CF) for a cleaner, more professional look.
