Large, Disassembled, Multicolor ESP32 si4732 Radio Enclosure (Large Speaker, Compatible with 5102 Network Version)

Description
A generously sized enclosure, designed around the si4732 radio module, facilitates wired installation of a telescopic antenna, featuring a dedicated antenna slot and supporting the installation of a larger 4070 speaker for enhanced audio quality. Compatibility with the network-enabled 5102 radio module is also included.
Two versions are available: a two-tone design, inspired by a fellow community member’s aesthetic, with two circular speaker grilles that can be printed separately and adhered to the main casing; and a monochrome version, where the speaker grille is a hollow component allowing for customized perforation patterns (by altering the infill pattern).
Two knob designs are provided for selection, with the knob holes designed as negative parts, enabling arbitrary scaling of the knobs (X/Y axis scaling) without affecting the pre-drilled holes.
Beyond the standard 4732 motherboard, etc, the following additional components are required:
1. Lithium battery, smaller dimensions acceptable: thickness 2mm, length 55mm, width 40mm. Example model numbers: 104050, 103450.
A thicker rear casing is also available, increasing thickness by 4mm to accommodate 6mm thick batteries. Example model numbers: 603450, 503040, etc. Any 3.7V battery with compatible dimensions will suffice.
2. Self-tapping screws: M2*16 to M2*20 are suitable; M2*20 to M2*24 for the thicker version.
3. 4070 speaker, significantly larger than the original, offering improved sound quality and volume. 8R5W, 4R5W, and 4R3W should be compatible; dimensions shown below.
4. Telescopic antenna, dimensions ideally as shown below, although others should also be compatible. Cable routing is illustrated below.
