🛠️ Modular Hose Adapter System for Water Pumps (G1 1/2, G1, G3/4)

This modular set allows you to easily connect hoses to submersible or other types of water pumps using interchangeable top connectors with hose barbs. You only need to print one base, and then swap the upper parts as needed for different hose sizes.

✅ Included Components:

• Base adapter bodies with internal threads:
  • G1 1/2 (BSPP)
  • G1 (BSPP)
  • G3/4 (BSPP)
    Compatible with common household and garden water pumps.
• Swappable hose barb connectors for the following hose sizes:
  • Ø 10 mm → hose barb – for DN10 hoses (e.g. small garden or low-flow water lines)
  • Ø 12 mm → hose barb – for DN12 hoses (e.g. small pumps, indoor water use)
  • Ø 14 mm → suitable for 3/8" – 1/2" hoses
  • Ø 16 mm → for 1/2" hoses
  • Ø 19 mm → for 3/4" hoses
  • Ø 20 mm → loose fit for 3/4" hoses
  • Ø 25 mm → for 1" hoses
  • Ø 32 mm → for 1 1/4" hoses
  • Ø 34 mm → for 40mm blueline PN 12.5 - Compatible with 40mm (OD) / 34mm (ID) flexible hoses
  • Ø 50 mm → for 2" hoses
  • Quick-connect version – compatible with standard garden hose quick couplings (e.g., Gardena)

Compatibility:

This product is fully compatible with my previously released Modular IBC Valve Hose Adapter Set. You can mix and match connectors across both systems.

🔧 New Additions: Y-Splitters and Quick Y-Connector Now Available!

Both of my modular systems — the Modular Hose Adapter System for Water Pumps and the Modular IBC Valve Hose Adapter Set — have just been expanded with new Y-splitters in the following sizes:

• 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm
• Plus a quick Y-connector for easy and fast hose branching.

💡 Full cross-compatibility:
All new parts are fully compatible across both systems. Whether you're branching hoses from a water pump or an IBC valve, the new Y-splitters and quick connector integrate seamlessly.

🛠️ Print Tip:
The print file includes all three base body variants with internal threads (G1 1/2, G1, and G3/4).
Please select only the one that matches your pump and delete the other two before printing.
This will significantly reduce print time and save filament by avoiding unnecessary parts.

🧵 Threads:

• Real BSPP (G-type) internal threads according to ISO 228-1
• 3D modeled for functional, watertight fits
• Best printed in vertical orientation for precision threads

🖨️ Printing Recommendations:

• Materials:
  • PETG, ASA, ABS – best for outdoor and long-term use
  • PLA – tested and reliable for standard indoor/home use when no other material is available
• Perimeters: at least 2–3
• Infill: minimum 30%
• Supports: required, ideally use tree supports for clean overhangs and threads

Designed specifically for hoses/pipes with an outer diameter of 40mm (inner diameter 34mm).

Based on user requests, two new interchangeable hose connectors with diameters of 10 mm and 12 mm have been added.
These are suitable for standard DN10 and DN12 hoses (commonly used for garden hoses, water distribution, smaller pumps, and general home use).
