Description
"These chess sets are designed as collectible novelties rather than for tournament play. Crafted with intricate detail, they are fragile and best suited for limited, casual play. In some cases, they may be best displayed on a shelf for admiration, allowing the craftsmanship and artistic design to be appreciated as a unique decorative piece."
đĄď¸ Dragon Slayers Clan â Set Description
Forged in myth and legend, the Dragon Slayers Clan features six heroic figures from global folklore and fantasyâeach posed as a noble warrior in the eternal struggle between mortals and monsters. Sculpted in classical realism, this chess set celebrates the bravery, sacrifice, and mystery of those who faced dragons not for glory, but for peace. From divine crusaders to silent wanderers, these pieces are idealized in proportion, throne-seated or battle-ready, and ready for resin casting. Each is contained within a 60mm tall x 35mm base footprint, with sculptural fidelity maintained from throne to sword-tip.
â King â The Templar Sovereign
A stoic monarch draped in armor and cross-emblazoned surcoat, crowned and wing-backed, he rules with divine authority. Beneath his feet lies the vanquished tail of a once-mighty wyrm.
Bio: Once a warrior of the Crusades, he now sits in judgment over realms scorched by dragons. His leadership is forged in fire, tempered by faith, and bound by oaths older than the crown itself.
â Queen â The Valkyrie Regent
Clad in regal armor with a calm gaze and braids of war, she holds the orb of dominion in one hand and a spear of command in the other. A coiled dragon curls at her feet.
Bio: Trained in the art of both diplomacy and dragon-slaying, she is revered as the Shield of the North. Legends say her voice can tame beasts, but her spear ensures they stay silent.
â Bishop â Saint George
Depicted mid-sermon and sword-drawn, he leans slightly as if caught in divine momentum. A serpent-like dragon curls beneath his feet in agony.
Bio: The churchâs chosen slayer, Saint George is both martyr and miracle. His path is one of righteousness, led by visions and sanctified by steel.
â Knight â Tokoyo
Poised in a half-kneel with kimono-style armor and dragon's head at her side, she merges grace with lethal force.
Bio: Daughter of a banished samurai, Tokoyo dove into the sea and slew the sea-dragon Yofune-Nushi with nothing but her fatherâs blade and her own resolve. Her silence is not weaknessâit is discipline.
â Rook â Diarmuid Ua Duibhne
An Irish warrior seated against a sculpted fortress, with a castle turret looming behind and twin spears held in readiness.
Bio: Cursed by beauty and blessed with bravery, Diarmuidâs final act was to defend a village from a rampaging dragon, alone. The stronghold he guards now stands where he fell.
â Pawn â The Halfling Wanderer
Small, stocky, and wide-eyed with a travel cloak and satchel, he clutches a dagger and wears the hint of a satisfied smirk.
Bio: No name, no fame. Just a pipe, a pack, and an uncanny ability to be in the right (or wrong) place at the perfect time. The dragon he defeated? âMore luck than skill,â heâll say.
