 I ended up making it into a mini purse. 
 added more hollow space inside
added holes to the hands for hoops 


looking for the same thing. I wish I knew modeling or at least slicer skills enough to cut out and separate the eyes and mouth/tongue but I am still too noobish to even know where to start lol.
