Big Universal Ammo Box

A robust tactical box, ideal for storing ammunition

The box measures approximately 240mm x 160mm x 155mm (external dimensions) and requires only two M8 x 20mm cylinder head screws and two M8 nuts

Insert an M8 hex nut on each side of the lid

Insert the pin through the hinge and, from the other side, insert the retaining pin. It is best to glue the two parts together with superglue

First, assemble the bracket (white) with the lever (green) using the longer pin. It may be difficult; lay both parts on their sides and use a hammer. Proceed cautiously

Important !!!!

The bracket has a thicker side at the radius on top. This must absolutely face the box

Now you can attach the clasp with the shorter pins to the box

2x M8 x 20mm cylinder head screw + 2x M8 nut

Thin plate to conceal the unsightly surface caused by support structures

Use Superglue
