Shelf support for HPL board 10cm ultra-stable. Loaded the shelf with 25 kg kettlebell - you can easily adjust to more walls and infill with a little bit more printing time and material consumption
the shelf support ist screwed with a 8mm threaded rod. the hole in the print is 7mm and cuts threads
i tried this with a 140x38cm hpl board and it works bomb proofed.
I left a gap of one centimeter from the wall - this way you can easily lay a cable for lamps etc. at any time.
If you want your shelf to go all the way to the wall, you can simply cut a recess by hand with a jigsaw...you can saw roughly because of the overhang of the support
