Description

The F-5 is a lightweight, supersonic fighter jet developed by Northrop in the United States during the 1950s and 1960s. Designed to be affordable and easy to maintain, it became widely used by U.S. allies around the world. The F-5 is known for its agility, simple design, and twin-engine setup, making it effective in air combat and ground-attack roles. Though not as advanced as modern fighters, it remains in service in several countries and is still used for training and as an aggressor aircraft in mock combat.
