Description

Experience real air-powered gameplay — just like on a full-size table!

The Airglide Mini Airhockey Table is a compact, precision-engineered tabletop game that truly uses air to make the puck glide. Thanks to the integrated 80 x 80 mm 12V PC fan, a fine cushion of air lifts the puck for fast, frictionless action.

Measuring 52 x 24 cm, the Airglide Mini is designed for makers and enthusiasts who want the full Airhockey experience in a space-saving format.

The kit includes everything you need to build a fully functional table: a manual score counter, two ergonomic pushers, a puck, and collection baskets. All parts are included in the 3D print profile except for the 80 x 80 mm 12V fan, four M4 x 30 mm hex screws, and four heat-set inserts for secure assembly.

For the best glide performance, a smooth print bed is recommended. I used a build plate with a carbon fiber texture, which significantly improves surface quality and puck movement.

Please note: Due to the table’s compact size, the filament cleaning tower was omitted to maximize usable print space.

A well-calibrated 3D printer is essential, as many parts are designed with tight tolerances to ensure airtightness and stability.

The Airglide Mini brings real airhockey action to your desktop — fun to build, solid in construction and thrilling to play.

Important note:
The included puck is specially designed for maximum glide performance. Make sure to place it on the playfield with the recessed side facing downward.
It can usually be printed without supports — however, if your printer struggles with the overhangs, feel free to enable supports to ensure a clean result.

You could simply use a hot glue gun to attach the fan.

It would work. I used the inserts just to secure the fan in an easy way.

can i somehow fit a 120mm pc fan ?

Yes, that is possible. The simplest solution would be to simply glue the fan to the underside using hot glue. Hopefully it produces enough air pressure.
