Rubber Seal Generator – The Seal You Need, Sized Your Way

Overview

This generator lets you quickly create customizable rubber seals (gaskets) for a wide variety of uses—electronics, mechanical parts, home projects, and more.
You can fine-tune inner dimensions, seal width, corner radius, and thickness, all in millimeters. It supports perfect circles, ellipses, and rounded rectangles, adapting to your specific needs.

  • Define inner hole size and corner radius for custom-fit cutouts
  • Set seal wall thickness and let the outer size calculate automatically

How to Use
