I only have up to 13mm height modification for the TPU paddings because any higher and it would change the ergonomic geometry of the pads. I would say 13mm is comfortable but you should try (any height base + the 6.5-7mm thick first); if that doesn't provide too much cushion or is too squishy, then move on to the 10mm or 13mm TPU padding height. Each only costs 10g of filament,t so feel free to print them all to try as well. Print orientation and settings of the TPU pads/Carpio base have been greatly enhanced to minimize support used and improve the smoothness of the model.
