Print it with a soft material such as TPU or PETG

and designed with shims to be robust

USE THE THREE SUPPORT

I printed a copy for a friend in PLA, but it might crack over time…you decide what to use

Clean the plate well before printing....if you have doubts about adhesion use 5mm of brim

It looks great! First I made it with PLA because I'm stupid😅but then I bought TPU and made the case of TPU. White is TPU, pink is PLA silk

i made it on my Creality K1C, made in PLA, just add windows to buttons and cut on corners, looks great!!

It fits very well (like a glove) and appears nigh impossible to get off again. The side buttons are hard to push. Used HOTO SNAPBLOQ R-A04 Electric Mini Rotary Tool to file them down quite a bit and they are much easier to use. I am considering removing them all together from the print so the side buttons are totally free. Printed with Bambu lab TPU for AMS on BIQU CryoGrip Pro Glacier. Put it in the freezer for 15 minutes after print and it popped right off when bending the build plate.

Its ok. I know I printed in PLA and is not recommended material but needed it temporarily. I would leave an open gap by the side buttons since they couldn't be used and have a larger port for the charger, since my Samsung one didnt fit. Photo is after a week of use and a proper case acquired.

tried with PLA but was too rigid and another print with TPU on A1 and it fits perfectly with my S24 FE
