Tapo C120/121 mount for P1S/X1 Front Door Hinge

I wanted to be able to use @fish's C121 Camera Mount with @VerySadPanda's innovative 270 degree hinge design, but the two conflicted. My design incorporates appropriate cutouts and augments to accomodate the hinge, while still maintaining integrity of the mount design. I updated the screws to 2x M3x16mm pan head screws, and that seems to hold well. I also incorporate the use of foam tape because I find these external mounts suffer from a lot of vibration during printing.

Printed in PETG w/ supports (only 20g!)

Simply remove the old mount, re-print this version and replace.
