ConairMAN Beard Guide Replacement

This is a custom-designed replacement beard guard for the ConairMAN Rechargeable Beard and Mustache Trimmer, 39 Total Settings with Hair Collector. The original guide on my trimmer broke, so I created this sturdy, functional replacement with a sleek grille-style structure that clips securely over the dial mechanism.

After my OEM trimmer guard cracked (a common point of failure), I couldn’t find a reliable replacement online. Rather than toss the whole device, I reverse-engineered the measurements and tolerances to develop a home-manufacturable solution — restoring full trimming function without the landfill guilt.

Features:

• Precision-aligned grille to allow visibility of blades and cutting control
• Drop-in fit for the ConairMAN dial mechanism (see photos)
• Reinforced corners for durability
• Prints well in PLA or PETG (recommend PETG for flexibility and resilience)

Tested with the ConairMAN Rechargeable 39-Setting Beard and Mustache Styler (model shown in images). It may work on similar models, but fit is not guaranteed beyond what’s pictured.

Print Settings (Recommended):

• Material: PETG (or high-quality PLA)
• Layer Height: 0.16mm
• Infill: 25%+
• Supports: None required
• Orientation: Print flat with grille facing up for best quality
• Must slow down the speed for bed slingers like A1-mini or A1 printers.
