Description
🇺🇸 US Coin Wallet – Expanded 6-Slot Edition
A compact yet spacious 3D-printed coin holder designed to fit the most common American coins – ideal for everyday use, travel, or anyone who wants to organize their change on the go.
🛠️ Original Design – Inspired but Built from Scratch
This model is a scaled-up version of my original 4-coin US wallet, with added slots for quarters and pennies – the denominations most people tend to carry. While the overall idea is clearly inspired by similar coin wallets, including popular designs by Rick and JA Design, this version was fully designed from scratch by me in SolidWorks and customized for practical, everyday use.
If you enjoy this concept, I recommend checking out both Rick's and JA Design's wallets for more variations and ideas.
🪙 Capacity & Coin Fit
This wallet securely stores a total of 34 US coins, with dedicated space for the most-used types:
- 10 × 25¢ (Quarters)
- 7 × 10¢ (Dimes)
- 5 × 5¢ (Nickels)
- 12 × 1¢ (Pennies)
Two slots each for quarters and pennies make this wallet especially convenient for tolls, vending machines, or small purchases.
📐 Dimensions
- Length: 102.53 mm
- Width: 49.79 mm
- Thickness: 13.85 mm
🧩 Assembly Instructions
- Let the print fully cool before removal to avoid warping.
- Press-fit the top and bottom covers – all parts are designed for clean friction fit.
- While glue is optional, I recommend it for permanent closure once the fit is confirmed.
