This simple yet highly effective tool allows for precise cutting of rings from materials such as rubber, felt, leather, or foam. Thanks to the rotating base and the knife-guiding arm, the tool is perfect for creating gaskets, washers, and decorative elements. The clamping screw allows the position to be locked, and the entire construction is compact and easy to use. I used a pin as a base for rotation and a thread insert for better stability.
Materials list:
- 1x M6 screw (for the handle)
- 3x M3 screws (2 for blade no longer than 10mm)
- 3x thread insert M3*6*5 (They can be longer)
- 1x thread insert M2*4*3 (They can be longer)
- 1x The pin on which the upper element will rotate. I used a 1.7mm diameter pin from a rivet, removing the aluminum sleeve. It should be hammered into the base
- 1x scalpel knife
