Godox 520 Flash Light Control - Filter System
Print Profile(1)

Description
Introduction
This is a light control system for flash photography, comprising a dual-filter holder, color filter clip, honeycomb grid, and a softbox.
1. Dual-filter holder: Supports combining two color filters, or a color-diffuser, or a color-grid combination.

2. Color filter clip: Provides a standardized template for color filters. You can create filters from colored gauze, thin fabrics, printed sheets, colored plastic sheets, cellophane, or even colored plastic bags.
3. Softbox: Primarily softens light. White or transparent materials are recommended for printing.
4. Honeycomb grid: Restricts the angle of the flash.
Assembly
This entire light control system was 3D printed using PETG; other materials are untested. Super glue, flexible soft gel, and rubber bands are required.
1. Dual-filter holder: After printing all components, insert a color filter clip between the layers of the dual-filter holder as shown, secure it with rubber bands, and allow it to stabilize. Then, apply super glue to secure the assembly. Once the glue is completely dry, remove the rubber bands and the color filter clip. This completes the dual-filter holder.

2. Color filter clip: The color filter clip has male and female components. Cut the color filter to 75.9x46.9mm, insert it into the clip, and secure it with soft gel. (Do not use cyanoacrylate-based super glues; they absorb moisture and turn white during curing).

3. Honeycomb grid: Black material is recommended for printing to achieve precise light control.
4. Softbox: Use white or transparent material for printing. Orient the perforated side downwards; do not use supports (the rough surface of overhanging supports will improve light diffusion).
