Narwhal Heavy Quadrupedal Combat Unit
Print Profile(1)

Description
This model is of the grueling variety; those lacking tools, dexterity, or patience should proceed with caution. A list of required materials, tools, and assembly steps will be provided at the end.
Total two plates, 129.45 + 138.34 = 267.79g
This model was downloaded from the STLXZ website. I am fond of this type of quadrupedal mech, but found this model more suitable for resin printers, and the joints were initially without any openings—meaning that there was no initial intent for moving joints. Following a month of sporadic modifications and optimizations, the quadrupedal joints are now mobile. The ball joint beneath the main body was originally a fixed ball secured with glue, but has been redesigned and remodeled into a two-dimensional articulated ball joint that permits both fore-and-aft pitch and left-and-right rotation.
Painting is recommended for those who have the capability. The following depicts a month's worth of iterative modifications.
The original model also included dynamic models of fiery sparks and smoke, which appeared as resin supports. I will modify and upload these individually in due course.
