Galaxy Tab S2 Digital picture frame

Convert an old tablet to a nice digital picture frame. Designed to handle a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2.

Maybe adapted for other tablet. The top support piece have some tuning capabilities.

Top and bottom parts are designed to be printed on a small A1 mini printer, so are in two pieces.

Assembly can need some adjustments (redrill at 3mm diameter for holes and sand paper for male parts).

Assembled using glue + small piece of paper to block the top supports in place.

Not a perfect design, but do the job quite well.

You can use the app you want to display the pictures. Using a right angle USB cable is useful if you want to hide the cable.
