Description

The FeelFree Gravity seat is excellent.  However, when pedaling the Overdrive, the seat straps are not enough to keep the seat base held down.  They sell a cam lock to accomplish this, but it's never in stock and kind of expensive.  I used a piece of T track and some paracord to make this work.  You can loosen the knobs to adjust height, then retighten to make it hold down better.

Instructions:  Mount T-Track to the floor, using your preferred seat position for the rear location.  Tie a small stopper knot in one end of a piece of paracord, feed it up through the countersink hole and over the seat bar, then down the next hole and up the next.  Put either a stopper lock (I used I used this file: https://makerworld.com/en/models/804463-threaded-cord-lock#profileId-744858) or tie a knot once you get it in position.  I kept my cord short, but it can be any length really.

I used PETG for the base and ABS for the lock.  I used 100% infill and 6 walls, it's pretty sturdy.  ¼" bolts fit snuggly in the end holes.

Materials needed:

4mm Paracord minimum around 6", but can be longer

Paracord lock of some kind

T-Track (I used a 12" Yakattack)

Knobs/bolts for T-Track (I'm using Railblaza ¼" 20 TPI)
