Description

Description: Zipper Pull Replacement - Easy-Grip Design for 1.5mm paracord or tag string

Has your favourite jacket or bag lost its zipper pull? Don't let a missing tab ruin your gear! This 3D printable zipper pull is designed to be a durable, easy-to-grip replacement for virtually any zipper.

Why choose this zipper pull?

  • Ergonomic Design: The slightly wider, rounded shape makes it much easier to grip and operate, even with gloves on or cold hands, compared to standard small tabs.
  • Robust & Reliable: Engineered for strength, this pull will stand up to daily use. Print it in a strong filament like PETG or ABS for maximum durability, or PLA for a quick and easy fix. The print profile is for PLA.
  • Universal Fit: Designed to attach easily to most standard zipper sliders using a small loop of dia 1.5mm paracord, repurposed label string (as shown in the photos).
  • Quick & Easy Print: This model prints without supports and is designed for a fast, hassle-free printing experience. Get your gear back in action in no time!
  • Customizable Style: Print in any colour to match your item or add a vibrant accent. Contrasting colours help with identification in low visibility conditions.

Perfect for:

  • Jackets (down jackets, raincoats, fleeces)
  • Backpacks and luggage
  • Tents and sleeping bags
  • Sporting goods
  • Any item with a broken or missing zipper pull!

Assembly:

  1. Cut a small piece of cord (paracord works great, or any strong string).
  2. Fold the cord in half and push the folded end through the hole in your zipper slider.
  3. Thread the two loose ends of the cord through the loop you created.
  4. Feed the two loose ends of the cord through the large hole in the printed zipper pull.
  5. Tie a secure knot (like a simple overhand knot or double overhand knot) at the end of the cord, inside the printed pull. The wider end cap will prevent the knot from pulling through.
  6. Trim any excess cord.
  7. Push the printed plug to seal the hole - note that it is a tight fit and needs to be forced in.

Bring new life to your old zippers – print one today!
