ZBMINIL2 1:1 Scale Dummy unit for Wall Box Fit

The SONOFF ZBMINIL2 is a compact Zigbee smart switch module designed for single live wire installations — no neutral wire required. This makes it an ideal solution for retrofitting traditional wall switches without needing to rewire your home.

To help users verify whether the ZBMINIL2 can physically fit into their existing switch boxes and wall cavities, we created this 1:1 scale replica model. It accurately reflects the dimensions of the actual product, including the housing shape, screw mount areas, and terminal block placements.

This 3D model can be printed and placed inside your wall box to validate space constraints before purchase or installation — especially helpful for tight enclosures or shallow boxes common in older buildings.

We’ve included the model in .stl .stp format, making it easy to print directly or import into CAD software (such as Fusion 360 or Shapr3D) for accessory design.
